partprobe, this utility is used to inform the OS pf the partition changes in run time.

i.e. without a reboot.
Generally when we make some changes to the partition table then we require to reboot the machine so that new partition table can be read by the OS,But this can be avoided by using partprobe.

Just run partprobe ,after any changes that have been to make that changes visible to the OS.
