To reinstall your bootloader
you can get into Gnu/Linux root partition using a rescue floppy or Rescue CD or Live CD
then to re-install grub run this

grub-install /dev/hda
replace hda by your device i.e.hdb or hdc or hdd

to re-install lilo run

lilo
