With the default installation of Ubuntu 7.10, while trying to browse the connected bluetooth devices such as a phone, the following error is displayed

"obex://[xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx]" is not a valid location.

To get rid of this error , install the following package

gnome-vfs-obexftp
using the following command

sudo apt-get install gnome-vfs-obexftp
